Jupiter Enterprise Document Management
Content Structuring (J-Doc)
Jupiter provides a flexible structuring environment which allows
users to quickly and easily group and locate information. Content is organized by usage
categories into Knowledge Pools which store unlimited-levels of folders and documents in
the form of electronic files, images, audio or video content. Both folders and documents
can have attachments, called "annotations" which can be text, audio or video.
Jupiter supports over 150 different digital object formats (scanned documents, electronic
files, financial reports, faxes, multimedia files
etc.), including all output from MS
Windows applications.
In support of Enterprise requirements, Jupiter stores thousands of
documents-as well as revisions-in multiple formats, and uses its unique indexing system to
quickly inform the user of a documents existence and location anywhere in the
organization.

Key Features

by an individual and a new version number is created when it is checked back in.

Ellipse, Polyline, Polygon, Pointer Freehand, Highlight, Red Action Text. Note Stamp,
Rubber Stamp, Hotspot Freehand or other functionality.

control the scanning of large batches of image documents

and makes it available to the Full Text search capability for retrieval.
